This week, a school in our district approached me with a task related to registration for their Career Day event.  The task  involved the ability of students to register for Career Day sessions, while eliminating options as they reached seat capacity for registration.

After much discussion, we settled on the use of the Google Forms Add On, Choice Eliminator.  This is an easy tool to use and to help understand it, I have created a tutorial for those interested in using it.

Using Choice Eliminator, users can create registration forms such as the one described in the video, but it can also be used if you are having members of a group sign up for different tasks, or if you are planning an event and you need people to sign up to bring food or supplies.  Great tool!
